TEA anyone???

So today was a fantastic and historic day! We went on a field trip for our Home school. We've been studying The American Revolution (my personal favorite) and we read about the Boston Tea Party. CJ was really fascinated with the fact that the people protested paying high taxes and threw all their tea in Boston Harbor. So, I was very excited to find out that we would be holding a NATIONAL TEA PARTY on April 15, 2009!! I thought I would share some of our pictures for today!!! We were a part of history today and CJ got so many compliments for his poster! He told me what he wanted it to say too! So smart!!!

The cars were honking and cheering us all on! There were a total of 2500 people at our TEA Party today! It was awesome!

And here is the flag upside down....Our Nation IS in distress! We all need to do something about this and we can! It's only just begun!
